HR Business Partner (Oracle Implementation)
Our client, a well-established not-for-profit organisation, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide both strategic and operational HR support during a significant Oracle HR/ERP implementation programme.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting organisational readiness, driving people-related change, and ensuring business continuity throughout the implementation period.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to provide proactive HR support during a major systems implementation project.
- Support organisational change, stakeholder engagement and workforce planning activities.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure people processes align with the new Oracle system.
- Advise managers on employee relations matters, organisational design and change impacts.
- Support communications, training and adoption initiatives to maximise engagement with the new system.
- Identify and mitigate people-related risks associated with the implementation programme.
- Analyse workforce data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure HR policies, processes and ways of working are effectively embedded alongside the new system.
- Maintain a strong operational HR presence, supporting managers across the employee lifecycle whilst balancing project priorities.
Person Specification
- Proven experience operating as a HR Business Partner within a complex organisation.
- Experience supporting large-scale HR transformation, HRIS or Oracle implementation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.
- Demonstrable experience supporting organisational change and business transformation programmes.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Experience within the not-for-profit, public sector, higher education or wider mission-led sector would be advantageous.
