The PRIDE Academy, part of OHCAT, is seeking a Positive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils in developing positive behaviours and emotional regulation.
This role focuses on managing SEMH/ASC needs, delivering targeted interventions, and working with a coordinated team to ensure students participate fully in learning.
You will provide pastoral support, contribute to safeguarding processes, and help create an inclusive, supportive school environment where every pupil can thrive.
