The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established client in West Bromwich for a Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance Driver.

The Role
This position is approximately 50% warehouse work and 50% Counterbalance FLT driving.
Duties include
- Loading and unloading vehicles using a Counterbalance FLT and manually where required.
- Picking and moving stock both manually and with the FLT.
- General warehouse duties.
- Supporting the warehouse team with any additional tasks as requested by the manager.
What We're Looking For
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Strong work ethic with a reliable and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable carrying out physical/manual handling duties.
