Our client is a well-known fast-paced manufacturer, part of a larger group in the UK. They are now looking for a maintenance manager to run their new shift in their fast-paced production facility.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 5 engineers
- Managing contractors
- Reactive and Preventative maintenance
- Conducting toolbox talks
- Root cause analysis and fault-finding
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum Level 3 engineering qualification or higher
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience as a maintenance manager, maintenance supervisor, maintenance team leader or in a similar role.
- Electrical / Mechanical maintenance experience
- Knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics
- PLC Fault-finding experience (Desired)
- 18
th Edition Wiring Regulations (Desired)
