Powered by CAN (PbC) is looking for an ambitious, innovative and relationship-driven Arts and Culture Manager to help shape the future of arts and cultural engagement across the Black Country.
Working alongside the CEO and Head of Programmes, Participants and Principles, you will lead the development of inspiring creative programmes, build meaningful partnerships and champion opportunities that empower children, young people and young adults (up to 35 years old) to thrive. This is an exciting opportunity to influence regional and national conversations around creativity, inclusion and social change while delivering high-quality programmes that make a genuine difference within underserved communities.
The Service Manager should champion the rights for children, young people and young adults and drive opportunities for them to become socially engaged in arts, education, culture and civic change.
£21,149.44 to £22,749.44 per year, pro rata.
