Key Responsibilities

While you are reporting to the General Manager you will be leading in all aspects of kitchen operations for your store.

  • To lead and inspire the performance of the kitchen team.

Full responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operation and performance.

This includes People, Guest, Sales, Profit, Operations, Health & Safety and Property.

  • To ensure that TGI Friday’s standards are maintained, and the kitchen performance delivers its targets through a People First, Guest Obsessed, Operational Excellence Strategy.

About you

  • Solid experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and delivering.
  • The ability to demonstrate the delivery of a guest obsessed culture.
  • Restaurant / hospitality experience
  • Proven track record of leading teams to success
  • Strong financial skills and be able to comfortably manage all audits and due diligence.
  • The ability and skill to manage budgets, labour controls and forecasting.
  • Strong commercial acumen that enables you to drive sales and deliver business results.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think fast.
  • Great communication skills that allow you to lead and inspire a team and delight our guests.
