We are looking for compassionate and adaptable people who can provide high-quality administrative support to the Public Health Nursing services in the community. The post holder will be required to provide a comprehensive administrative support to deliver quality patient care.
We have one full time position available, with the option to either be based at our admin hub at Sandridge Gate, St Albans or Howard Court, Welwyn. Please state your preferred location in your application.

HCT will prioritise recruitment of workers living in England under the new immigration rules for care workers effective from 9 April 2025. Employers must first prove that they have attempted to recruit a worker from within England who needs new sponsorship. This ensures that those who came to the UK to pursue a career in adult social care can do so.
The post holder will undertake a wide range of secretarial and administrative tasks, including having personal responsibility for a number of delegated tasks.
To work unsupervised, adhering to operational procedures and established practice, referring to the Administration Supervisor for guidance when needed. Work on own initiative to prioritise administrative tasks to ensure an effective and efficient running of the team.

- Maintain accurate records relating to communication with patients, relatives, and members of the Multidisciplinary team regarding all aspects of care demonstrating a range of appropriate communication skills, written and verbal.
