We're looking for a friendly, professional and enthusiastic Beauty & Skin Therapist to join our growing team.
About the Role
This is a varied role combining beauty therapy with reception support.
Alongside delivering high-quality treatments, you'll help create a warm and welcoming experience for every client, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering a range of beauty and skincare treatments to a high standard.
Carrying out professional consultations and recommending suitable treatments and homecare.
Greeting clients and providing excellent customer service.
Supporting reception duties, including managing appointments, answering telephone enquiries, responding to emails and assisting with client bookings.
Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and infection prevention throughout the clinic.
Working closely with the wider team to provide an exceptional client experience
