Birstall Parish Council is looking for a motivated, punctual and conscientious person to be our Weekend Caretaker/Cleaner, Gate Keeper.
You will be a member of the estates team working with your fellow caretakers, ground staff and members of the public. You will be the key contact for all weekend hirers at the Hallam Fields Community Hall.
Apart from village hall duties, you will also be required to open first thing in the morning and close later at night certain gates and doors to parish council premises on a Wednesday.
You will occasionally be asked to cover for holiday or sickness related absences of fellow caretakers.
The closing date is Monday, 31 August 2026 at 23.59.
