The Role

As a Yard Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the yard operates safely, efficiently, and productively.

Your duties will include

  • Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move metal materials around the site.
  • Loading, unloading, and organising stock within the yard.
  • Carrying out manual handling and general yard duties.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
  • Working independently and as part of a team to meet daily targets.
