Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for transforming young lives? Salutem Care and Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our children’s home. About The Role
- Lead and manage the children’s home in line with Ofsted regulations and Salutem’s values
- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead
- Supervise and develop a multidisciplinary team
- Oversee operational, financial, and quality assurance processes
- Promote trauma-informed care and positive behaviour support
- Build strong partnerships with families, professionals, and the local community
What We’re Looking For
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to achieve)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion
