The Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a ward-based pharmacy support role to ensure smooth medicines supply across wards. You will transfer patients' own and dispensed medications between wards, rotate stock to minimise wastage and deliver medicines to patients’ current location to reduce re-dispensing.
You will check and clear medicine trollies weekly, work to reduce expired or unlabeled medicines, and support ward staff by recording fridge and clinical room.
