This role will involve regular travel to Watford, Hemel Hempstead and St Albans.

This role will sit within the welcoming Senior Administrator Team, providing senior administrative support across Children’s Specialist Services and to the associated administrative teams. This role offers extensive exposure to a broad range of clinical and administrative processes across the different Children’s Specialist Services, providing an excellent opportunity to develop specialist knowledge and enhance professional administration skills within the NHS.

The post would be particularly suited to an experienced administrator who is motivated to take on additional responsibilities, including the supervision and line management of staff, supporting service development, and contributing to the effective delivery of high-quality administrative services.

Act as a key point of contact for clinical staff and the wider multidisciplinary team. Providing leadership and cross-cover supervisory support to the CSS Administration Teams to ensure the effective and seamless delivery of services. The post holder will oversee and support administrative workflows across a range of services, helping to drive consistency, efficiency and continuous improvement, whilst deputising for the Administration Leads as required.

  • Previous NHS administration experience at a Senior level including project management
