You will need to:

  • Meet and exceed, wherever possible, the safety, security, and service levels of our client, the public and property
  • Record and maintain all records assigned to your site
  • Always comply with company policies, procedures and health and safety legislation
  • Be friendly, polite, and flexible at all times
  • Liaise with the onsite NHS Security Manager & the Crown Operations Manager
  • Provide a polite, professional, and effective security service to our customers
  • Conduct area patrols and general security checks

You must:

  • Be able to work alone or as part of a team
  • Have the ability to use your own initiative
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills

Due to the nature of the contract, you must hold a valid SIA licence and preferably have at least 1 years’ experience. You must be polite, well-presented, well-spoken, friendly and assertive, as you will be required to interact with the general public, staff and vulnerable persons.
