We are looking for caring, reliable, and confident Support Workers to join a dedicated small team supporting an individual in their own home in Waterlooville. The person you will be supporting has complex learning disabilities and autism and benefits greatly from a consistent team of people who take the time to build trust, understand their needs, and provide high-quality, person-centred support.
