Our client is looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join their team at an established main dealer in Portslade. Motor trade experience is essential, but previous warranty experience isn't a must. If you're an experienced Service Advisor looking for a move into a different side of the dealership, we'd also love to hear from you.

You’ll be joining a small, close‑knit team of just two people, so you’ll have plenty of responsibility and won’t simply be another name on a spreadsheet.

The Role

  • Processing and administering warranty claims
  • Liaising with technicians, service teams and manufacturers
  • Checking repair orders and ensuring claims are accurate
  • Maintaining warranty records and documentation
  • Following manufacturer warranty procedures
  • Helping ensure claims are submitted promptly and correctly
  • Providing general support within the aftersales department

Don’t have warranty experience? No problem. If you’ve got solid motor trade administration experience and understand how a dealership works, full training can be provided.

What's on offer?

  • Annual bonus of £500–£1,000
  • 40-hour working week
  • Opportunity to work across all vehicle brands
  • Small, supportive team where you'll have a genuine impact

We're looking for someone with motor trade experience who understands the pace and demands of a dealership. You could currently be working as a Warranty Administrator, Service Advisor, Aftersales Administrator or similar. What's important is that you understand the motor trade, are organised, detail-focused and comfortable dealing with manufacturer processes and paperwork. Warranty experience is a bonus, not a deal-breaker.

If you're an experienced Service Advisor who fancies swapping some of the customer-facing work for a role focused more on the administrative side of aftersales, this could be a great opportunity.

If you're looking for a stable main dealer role with good working hours, a flexible start time and a small team where you're more than just a cog in the machine.
