Bring calm, care and confidence to every guest. Join our team as a Spa Assistant / Lifeguard and help create a safe, clean and tranquil environment for our guests. You'll deliver exceptional service while maintaining the high standards and serene atmosphere of our Aqua Sana Forest Spa.

What you'll be doing:

Provide lifeguard support and ensure guest safety at all times.
Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain cleanliness and ambience through daily spa upkeep and deep cleaning routines.
Support general maintenance to uphold spa presentation and hygiene standards.

Please note Trainee candidates must attend a 5-day NPLQ course and employment will be subject to passing the course.

Part-time contract, with shifts falling between 7am and 10pm.
You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 48 or 120 hours over a 4 week period.
You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements.
This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

About you:

RLSS Pool Lifeguard / NARS Qualification - for Qualified Lifeguards.
Clear communicator with strong time management, attention to detail and initiative.
Ability to build positive relationships across all levels and work well in a team.
Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues.

As part of the interview process, candidates are required to complete a swim test. Note: You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that).
