We are an ambitious and growing company within the food service industry, with a strong reputation for providing excellent quality products and service. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Warehouse Stock Controller to join our team. We want someone who shares our ambition, takes pride in their work and is excited by the opportunity to become an important part of a growing company.

This is a hands-on role combining stock control, goods in and warehouse responsibilities. Quality is extremely important to us, and you’ll play a key part in ensuring the high standards our customers expect are maintained every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and checking incoming goods, ensuring deliveries are accurate and meet our quality standards
  • Organising and correctly storing stock within the warehouse
  • Carrying out regular stock takes and maintaining accurate stock records
  • Monitoring stock levels and identifying shortages or discrepancies
  • Using our computer systems to record and manage stock
  • Checking product quality, dates and condition
  • Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the warehouse
  • Following food safety, hygiene and company procedures
  • Helping to ensure the warehouse remains organised, efficient and safe
  • Working closely with the wider team to support the smooth day-to-day running of the business
