Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Rotating weekly shifts, Monday to Friday:
- 06:00 - 14:00
- 14:00 - 22:00
Salary: Β£27,000 per annum
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative within the Picking team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are accurately selected and prepared for dispatch. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking customer orders accurately using warehouse systems and scanners
- Selecting products in line with order requirements and dispatch deadlines
- Checking stock for accuracy and quality
- Moving products safely throughout the warehouse
- Preparing orders for packing and dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures
- Supporting other warehouse functions as required
- Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
