We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative Nights to work with a leading retail company in Darlington. In this role, you will handle products during night shifts, ensuring accurate picking and packing, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn daily tasks and follow supervisor instructions respectfully.
- Ability to work as a team by helping coworkers whenever needed.
- Basic English and Math proficiency.
- Availability to work 40 hours a week.
- Must not be on a student visa.
- Flexibility is required for this position.
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
- A good record of attendance in previous roles.
- Experience working to targets and maintaining high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse health and safety procedures.
- Previous MHE experience.
- Team player with good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt to change.
