OUR CLIENT is a leading UK distributor of floorcoverings and matting, supplying products to independent retailers and contractors nationwide. Operating from a modern distribution network, they play a key role in delivering flooring solutions across the UK. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Operative / FLT Reach Driver to join their busy site in B37. This role is a 50/50 split between FLT work and general warehouse duties.
Must have previous FLT experience. This is a physically demanding role, suited to candidates comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Duties include:
- Operating loading, unloading, and moving stock safely
- Order picking and general warehouse duties
- Manual handling of flooring products
- Maintaining health & safety standards
Shifts Available (Fixed): 14:00 - 22:00
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Temp-to-perm opportunity after a successful qualifying period
FLT refresher training and upskilling provided
Ongoing work with a well-established distribution business
