Elite Personnel is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected organisation based in Birmingham for an experienced People Partner.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional to join a collaborative People team where you’ll play a key role in supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle.
You’ll provide expert advice on employee relations, drive people initiatives, contribute to strategic projects, and help create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
The Role As People Partner, you’ll work closely with the People Team Manager and wider HR team to deliver a professional, solutions-focused HR service.
You’ll partner with managers across the organisation, providing practical guidance on complex people matters while supporting organisational objectives and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and organisational change.
Manage a varied employee relations caseload, ensuring cases are handled fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation.
Develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures to reflect best practice and legislative changes.
Support managers with attendance management, including long-term sickness cases and occupational health referrals.
Produce and analyse HR metrics and reports to support business decisions and identify trends.
Coordinate employee wellbeing initiatives and contribute to engagement activities.
Conduct exit interviews, analyse feedback and identify opportunities to improve employee retention.
Assist with recruitment activities when required.
Deliver training sessions, workshops and induction programmes for managers and employees.
Support strategic HR projects and contribute to the ongoing development of the People function.
