You'll help us make health happen by:
- Demonstrating and delivering Spa and Beauty Treatments to a standard of excellence; previous experience is essential.
- Exhibiting excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service experience.
- Liaising with the wellness spa manager to ensure stock level checks are completed.
- Carrying out housekeeping duties to ensure work areas within the Spa are maintained to a high standard.
- Reaching and exceeding retail targets.
- Covering reception duties, including taking bookings and enquiries, in the absence of the receptionist.
- Understanding health and safety procedures and compliance.
- Attending internal/external training courses.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Previous experience in Spa facilities, with qualifications to include NVQ Level 2 or above in beauty therapy or ITEC equivalent.
- Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently, which are crucial for teamwork and independent tasks.
