You'll help us make health happen by:

  • Demonstrating and delivering Spa and Beauty Treatments to a standard of excellence; previous experience is essential.
  • Exhibiting excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service experience.
  • Liaising with the wellness spa manager to ensure stock level checks are completed.
  • Carrying out housekeeping duties to ensure work areas within the Spa are maintained to a high standard.
  • Reaching and exceeding retail targets.
  • Covering reception duties, including taking bookings and enquiries, in the absence of the receptionist.
  • Understanding health and safety procedures and compliance.
  • Attending internal/external training courses.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Previous experience in Spa facilities, with qualifications to include NVQ Level 2 or above in beauty therapy or ITEC equivalent.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently, which are crucial for teamwork and independent tasks.
