Our client, a well-established dealership group based in Walton on Thames, is actively looking to appoint a professional Service Advisor to join their friendly and dedicated team. Competitive basic salary: £30,000 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £40,000 OTE including performance bonuses

Duties:
- Greet customers professionally, ensuring an excellent standard of customer service at all times
- Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately gauge customer requirements
- Prepare repair and service quotes, advising customers on necessary work
- Liaise with workshop staff to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs and services
- Manage and process service schedules efficiently, ensuring all work is logged accurately
- Upsell additional services and products where appropriate to maximise workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate, detailed customer records in line with dealership procedures
Requirements for the Service Advisor position:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade industry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle DMS is desirable but not essential
- Organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude with high standards of work
- Full valid UK driving licence
