To develop and deliver specialist support/advice as part of a team of Project Directors, Managers and Officers delivering the implementation of the Renters Rights Act.
- Provide advice and make recommendations based on up-to-date knowledge and analysis/evaluation of information.
- Manage escalated or complex customer issues within the relevant area.
- Contribute to the development of service plans to meet strategic business goals.
- Research developments in relevant area.
- Collate, process and analyse information/data.
- Translate outputs into advisory reports/documents/actions as appropriate.
- Provide project support in all areas as part of a team of Project Leads, Managers and Officers to achieve compliance with the Renters Rights Act.
- Secure and provide accurate information for monitoring purposes on a regular basis and ensure that data management systems and project documentation are accurately and regularly updated.
