Abbey Road Surgery in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire, is recruiting a Care Navigator to join our friendly general practice team. The role is a frontline position, acting as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, in person and by phone.
You will allocate and book appointments, register new patients, process prescriptions, handle correspondence, and support the day-to-day running of the practice while upholding patient confidentiality and data protection policies.
