Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a Safe Working Hours Advisor to join the Medical Rostering Team. The role centers on delivering timely rota creation and e-Rostering across the medical workforce, providing comprehensive support to medical staffing, clinical and operational staff, and engaging with the clinical workforce to promote effective use of rostering tools.
The post holder will help ensure compliant, safe rotas and support a continuing focus on patient safety and service.
