Cornwall Partnership Foundation NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Community Nurse to join the North Coastal Cluster Community Nursing Team. The role is part-time and based in Wadebridge or Tintagel Health Offices, with travel across Cornwall to deliver community-based care.
You will admit to caseload, assess and plan care, work in partnership with patients and carers, and mentor pre-registration students. The role requires flexibility across a 7-day rota and extended hours where needed.
