- Key Duties
- Clean and maintain guest bedrooms, bathrooms and allocated hotel areas to the required standard.
- Change bed linen, towels and other room amenities as required.
- Replenish toiletries and guest supplies.
- Vacuum, mop, dust and clean surfaces and fixtures thoroughly.
- Inspect rooms and report maintenance issues, damages or missing items to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness of designated public areas when required.
- Follow hotel cleaning procedures, health and safety requirements and hygiene standards.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
- Handle guest belongings and hotel property with care and professionalism.
- Work efficiently as part of the housekeeping team to meet daily room targets.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and good standards of cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, hardworking and physically fit.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
