We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Llanelli for a Van Sales Executive position. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, experienced automotive professional to join a reputable family-run car dealership group and develop their career within the motor trade.

- Starting basic salary of up to £20,000 per annum, subject to sales performance
- Uncapped first-year earnings exceeding £45,000 based on sales and customer service scores

- No Sunday working, with hours from 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 2 Saturdays, 9:00am to 3:00pm

Duties of a Van Sales Executive:
- Effectively selling new and used vans, accessories, and add-ons
- Promoting finance and insurance products to meet and exceed sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Prospecting for new customers via telephone and participating in product launches and promotional events
- Managing enquiry databases and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and administration
- Providing excellent customer service, handling enquiries efficiently, and following up on sales leads
- Maintaining thorough product knowledge and staying updated on manufacturer promotions and initiatives
- Achieving monthly sales targets through proactive sales techniques and relationship management
Requirements of a Van Sales Executive:
- Proven experience as a Van Sales Executive or similar role within the automotive sector, ideally with experience in car and van sales
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, helpful attitude
- Organised with the ability to manage workload effectively
- Persistent, energetic, and results-driven approach to sales
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Resident within a reasonable commuting distance of Llanelli
- Knowledge of van and car sales is preferred but not essential if the individual demonstrates a strong sales mindset and relevant experience
