We are seeking a qualified Van Technician - Light Commercial Vehicles to join a well-established vehicle rental company in Bolton.

Duties of a Van Technician

  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on a fleet of Light Commercial Vehicles
  • Diagnose faults and perform mechanical and electrical repairs
  • Ensure all vehicles meet safety and compliance standards as a Van Technician
  • Carry out servicing in accordance with manufacturer and company standards
  • Maintain fleet availability by minimising downtime
  • Keep accurate records of work completed and parts used
  • Support the team in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements of a Van Technician

  • Fully qualified Level 3 Vehicle Technician or Level 2 Technician with at least 3 years’ experience
  • Proven experience in vehicle repairs and diagnostics, especially on Light Commercial Vehicles
  • Strong fault-finding and mechanical skills
  • Full UK manual driving licence with no unspent convictions
  • Commitment to high standards of safety and quality
