This is a varied role involving a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities whilst always ensuring children have their voices heard and are involved in decisions that affect them.
As a Social Worker in the Children with Disabilities Team, you will provide support to some of our most vulnerable children. You will be developing and delivering Care and Support Plans in collaboration with families and other partners, which will include safeguarding work and working with children who are Looked After by the Local Authority.
