The predicted salary is between 20250 - 24750 £ per year.
Working with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you'll help deliver urgent care services so that patients receive timely, safe and compassionate support when they need it most. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in helping services run smoothly. You will support clinicians, patients and colleagues across Urgent Treatment Centres, providing both administrative and operational support. Your contribution will help create a positive patient experience and ensure the service operates effectively 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
There are multiple vacancies available within the following locations:
- Bransholme Urgent Treatment Centre (1 x 18.75 hours & 1 x 16 hours)
- Hull Royal Urgent Treatment Centre (1 x 22.5 hours, 1 x 24.63 hours & 1 x 12.5 hours)
These roles will be working a 4-week rolling rota.

What you'll do:
- Book patients onto SystmOne and maintain accurate records
- Answer telephone calls and direct enquiries appropriately
- Support clinicians with home visits and help ensure visits are completed in line with clinical priority
- Undertake equipment, vehicle and medication checks
- Monitor waiting areas, complete patient comfort calls and support patient wellbeing
- Provide professional administrative support to help the Urgent Treatment Centres run efficiently
