Working alongside pupils, families and school staff, you will provide specialist advice, model effective practice and support schools to develop inclusive approaches that create lasting positive change.

Drawing on your secondary teaching experience, you will work across primary and secondary settings, supporting successful transitions, strengthening school capacity and helping shape an innovative area of service delivery.
What you'll do
- Provide specialist behaviour support for children and young people with SEMH needs through outreach, in-reach provision and targeted interventions.
- Work alongside Headteachers, SENCOs and school staff, providing consultation, advice, training and guidance on effective behaviour management strategies and inclusive practice.
- Model high-quality teaching and behaviour support approaches, helping schools develop child-centred plans and build confidence and capacity.
- Deliver high-quality teaching as part of our in-reach support offer, building positive, trusting relationships with pupils through nurturing and restorative approaches.
- Help shape and develop our growing KS3 offer, supporting successful transitions between primary and secondary education.
What we're looking for

- Proven experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs and helping them achieve positive outcomes.
- Strong understanding of effective behaviour support strategies and inclusive educational practice, informed by relational and trauma-informed approaches.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, mediation and problem-solving skills.
- Resilient, adaptable and solution-focused, with the ability to work effectively across both primary and secondary settings.
- Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people, with an unwavering belief that every child can succeed with the right support.
Why join us?
- Join a highly regarded specialist service where you can make a meaningful difference to children, families and schools every day.
- Play a key role in an expanding area of provision, helping shape support for KS3 pupils and successful school transitions.
