We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer to join a well-established collision repair centre in Uckfield, East Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to advance their career within a reputable, professional environment.

Duties of the Paint Sprayer:
- Prepare and paint vehicles to a high standard using the Octoral paint system and Rowley spray booth
- Perform filler repairs and blending for various repair types, including panel and rear quarter work
- Carry out corrosion repairs and refinishing tasks, primarily on conventional vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the workshop environment
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements of the Paint Sprayer:
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or Painter within a collision repair environment
- Knowledge of Octoral paint systems; experience with Rowley spray booths is preferred
- Ability to carry out filler repairs and work on modern vehicle finishes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and strong team player attributes
- Flexibility to work 45 hours a week with some overtime on Saturdays
