Up to £34,800 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week
Through carefully tailored activities, personalised support, and a child-centred approach, the team creates meaningful learning opportunities that help children develop confidence, independence, and a genuine love of learning. Working closely with the Room Leader, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the room, mentoring colleagues, and helping to deliver outstanding care and education for children during this crucial stage of development.

- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Room Leader with the day-to-day running of the Toddler Room
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Help plan engaging activities tailored to children's individual interests and developmental needs
- Support children's learning, wellbeing, and emotional development
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support and guide team members within the room
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
