ShelterBox invites applications for a Supporter Care Assistant. The role is based at ShelterBox HQ in Truro with hybrid working and a minimum of one day in the office each week.
Part-time 22.5 hours per week, fixed term until 30 April 2027, salary £16,221 per annum (0.60 FTE pro rata of £27,036 per annum). You will assist in delivering excellent supporter experiences, handling donations, maintaining the CRM, and responding to enquiries and feedback.
