We are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Room Leader to join our client’s friendly team.

Whether children are building, creating, exploring, or simply enjoying the freedom to play outdoors, the nursery provides an environment where curiosity is celebrated and independence is encouraged.

As Room Leader, you'll have the opportunity to shape these experiences while leading a supportive team and creating a room where children feel happy, confident, and excited to learn.

What We're Looking For

  • Full and relevant
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification

  • Previous experience within an early years setting.
  • Experience as a
  • Room Leader ,
  • Deputy Room Leader , or an experienced

Senior Nursery Practitioner ready to take the next step.

  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A passion for creating engaging learning environments that inspire creativity and exploration.
  • A positive and supportive approach to developing both children and colleagues.

Your Role

  • Lead the day-to-day running of your room, ensuring exceptional standards of care and education.
  • Inspire, support, and mentor your team to deliver outstanding early years practice.
  • Plan engaging learning experiences that promote creativity, curiosity, and independence.
  • Make full use of the nursery's spacious indoor and outdoor environments to support children's learning and development.
  • Build positive relationships with children and their families, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Monitor children's progress through observations and assessments, ensuring every child is supported to achieve their full potential.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
  • Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are consistently followed.
