HR Associate – Truro – £33,635 per annum – 37 hours per week Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities
- Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
- Support employee relations matters, including absence, capability, disciplinary and grievance cases
- Ensure HR systems and records are maintained accurately and efficiently
- Contribute to staff wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement projects
- Help shape and improve HR policies, processes and practices across the College
About You
- CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management
- At least 3 years' experience in HR, recruitment, and employee relations
- A strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance
- Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills
- Confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
