- Regularly report sales performance and progress to senior management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
Requirements of a General Sales Manager:
- Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or Senior Sales Professional within the motor trade or automotive sales environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Demonstrable track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets
- Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Full UK driving licence
