Working Arrangement: 36.25 hours per week

Waterside is a vibrant destination for performance, culture and events in the heart of Trafford. As Programme & Audience Insights Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of an ambitious programme spanning theatre, comedy, music, visual arts, festivals and community participation within a creative, collaborative team. Working alongside colleagues, artists, partners and communities, you will help coordinate artistic activity, provide vital programme and financial support, and use audience insight and data to inform decision‑making. Your work will help ensure Waterside remains a vibrant, inclusive and welcoming place where audiences, artists and communities can create, discover and grow together.

About You

To be successful at shortlisting, you will be able to demonstrate experience in an administrative, business support, financial or programme coordination role, ideally within an arts, cultural or events environment. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail‑focused and able to manage a varied workload while building positive working relationships with colleagues, artists and partners. You will be comfortable using digital systems and data to support planning, reporting and continuous improvement, with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. An interest in arts and culture, audience engagement and community impact will be an advantage.

Additional Information

Willing and able to work evenings and weekends as required, with time off in lieu. Willing and able to travel to sites within the Trafford Borough and region as required.
