Working closely with the Land and Property Business Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties, ensuring that buildings remain safe, compliant, well-maintained, and fit for purpose. You will bring a strong understanding of building repairs and maintenance, together with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver both planned and reactive maintenance programmes.
