The predicted salary is between 40500 - 49500 £ per year.
The post holder will support and manage the Trust's Learning Management System (HIVE), ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and development of online learning and training resources. They will work closely with internal departments, trainers, subject matter experts, and external partner organisations to provide system support, develop and maintain training courses, and ensure data quality and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a large catalogue of online training courses
- Creating and developing new learning content, dashboards, assessments, and evaluations
- Maintaining user accounts and certification records
- Producing statutory and ad-hoc reports
- Ensuring accurate learner data and compliance with Information Governance standards
The role requires collaboration with education, workforce, digital transformation, and administration teams, as well as external system providers, to support system enhancements and testing. The post holder will also monitor HIVE licences, support mandatory training requirements, provide user training, and deliver guidance on course maintenance and reporting.
Working with a high degree of autonomy, the successful candidate will be responsible for prioritising their workload, responding to changing business demands, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Trust's digital learning environment.
