Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is seeking a Principal Social Worker (Grade 13) to work in collaboration to deliver sustained improvements in performance, quality and consistency of practice across the team. Thereby achieving the best outcomes possible for children, young people and adults, and promoting innovative approaches to positive outcomes.
Three days will be based in Ty Elai office with the remaining two days working from home, enabling professional leadership and mentorship.
