We are looking for a software support engineer with QA Tester experience who can run with a project & support clients. You will be getting heavily involved with the full development life cycle and play a major part in the project's path and delivery.
The Role: You will need experience in a selection of the following key skills:
- QA Software Testing (Manual/Regression & Functional, Jira)
- Bespoke Software Support
- External Client Support
- CRM's (HubSpot and/or Zendesk)
