You'll be supporting individuals with huge personalities, big ambitions, and a great sense of humour. The Role: As a Support Worker, you'll help people live the lives they choose by:
- Supporting with everyday tasks and promoting independence
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Administering medication (full training provided)
- Encouraging hobbies, activities, and community involvement
- Being someone people can rely on, laugh with, and trust

Your Shift Pattern:
- Days: Various shifts between 07:00–22:00 (rota basis)
- Waking Nights: 22:00–07:00
- Weekend working is required on a fair rota basis.
Contract Options: We have a range of contracts available for both Day Support Workers and Waking Night Support Workers.
