Are you a qualified practitioner excited at the opportunity to use your youth work and therapeutic skills in a community setting with young people? Do you have experience of delivering coaching, mentoring, CBT, DBT or similar? Are you ready to join our dedicated team working therapeutically with young people living within our family-based placements and our semi-independent flats?
We are looking for a Therapeutic Lead Professional to join our Plan B team. You will be supporting vulnerable young people aged 16 -25 through their journey to independence across Devon. Plan B is therapeutically informed family-based placements for young people who haven’t yet found the right accommodation and pathway for them. Working alongside other professionals, you will be providing a therapeutic team parenting model, offering holistic wraparound support for young people and their hosts. You will also be part of the team supporting young people in their Next Steps to Independence in our Plan B semi-independent flats in Plymouth.
If you are creative, flexible and energetic, you might be the person we are looking for to complement our existing team.
Please note: The post holder will be expected to travel between Newton Abbot and Plymouth and occasionally elsewhere in Devon.
