You will oversee leadership, quality, compliance, safeguarding as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, and embed the Roots to Wings therapeutic model into everyday care and practice.
This role involves building partnerships with social workers, schools, health professionals, families, and other agencies, and participating in on-call.
