We are looking for an organised and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People Services Team and help deliver an efficient, customer-focused learning and development service across the organisation.
As Learning & Development Coordinator, you will support the delivery of our learning and development objectives by providing high-quality administration, coordination and support to colleagues, managers and external training providers.
You will manage training requests and learning queries, help coordinate internal and external training courses, maintain accurate records on the HR database, and support the smooth running of e-learning, learning evaluations and performance management processes.
This is a varied role where you will liaise with colleagues across the organisation, work with training providers, organise course bookings and calendar invitations, raise purchase orders, process invoices, update learning plans and intranet information, and provide reports to support learning and development management information.
