About the Role: Our Housing Officers provide excellent front-line tenancy liaison and neighbourhood services to residents dealing with a range of tenancy and estate issues including tenancy visits, tenancy renewals, pre-void/end of tenancy visits and estate inspections. Aiming to resolve minor complaints within their tenancy patches whilst supporting good neighbour relations and focusing on achieving high levels of resident satisfaction.
You will be a visible presence on our estates, getting to know our customers and building strong relationships across our customer base whilst supporting other officers in taking a robust approach to enforcing tenancy terms and conditions by making referrals to specialist officers where appropriate. Providing the first line of support to our tenants, offering positive advice and guidance to residents as well as signposting to relevant internal services and external agencies, both local and national.
